Hi All,
I'm new to homematic IP but choose it mainly to control the heating but now testing shutter actuator HmIP-FROLL and have an issue with blinds level reporting.
I'm testing it with the CCU3 WebUI as well as with TinyMatic and Smartha.APP but getting similar problems with the level reporting.
If I set the opening level eg. 50% via the webUI or the one of the AP everything is fine - shutter is opening to the requested level.
Also there is no problem if I use the webUI or the AP to fully open or close the blind - the level is 100% or 0% and is reported correctly
The problem starts when I use the wall switch connected to the HmIP-FROLL to manually open or close the blind. After that the blind level is reported incorrectly on chanel 4 which is showing 0% if I'm closing the blind or 100% when I'm opening it. The level on chanel 3 seems to be correct.
The same is when I use "duble click" on the wall switch or the button in the WebUI or APP to move up or down the blind and then during the movement use stop function to stop opening or closing - the level on chanel 4 is either 0% or 100%.
Is this some kind of bug in the firmware or it is targeted behaviour?
I'm trying to create something useful using smartphone app but is not possible if there is no correct level on chanel 4.

I'm not having a HmIP-FROLL but I heard the first versions had some bugs.
So you can ask the eq3 support and post their answer here what they recommend.
